Some of us may recall that cit98 had initially the acronym icit98. but as there was another conference with that acronym, we used cit98. However, this year, while applying for in cooperation status with IEEE and IEEE Computer Society, it was pointed out that another conference was there with acronym cit2006, and at their suggestion we changed ours to icit2006. We propose to stay with this acronym.
