NOTES: 1. Prof S P Misra was earlier a permanent member from India in the steering committee. He suggested in the general body meeting of oits on 16.12.2007 that since he had been there for quite some time, he may be replaced, The general body in that context decided that the permanent members from inside India may be there for four years, and then there may be a fresh election. This was done and Prof S Padhy and Prof G K Nayak were elected as permanent members for the next four years.
